Through continued growth, both UK & Internationally we are adding additional headcount to our Marketing department by recruiting a COPYWRITER to focus within our CRM / Digital growth strategy.

The role of COPYWRITER (CRM / Digital)
Your role will ensure the content connects with current customers of new and expectatnt parents as they go on their incredible parenting journey. You’ll work cross functionally with various stakeholders, to ensure plans are aligned to ensure the best possible delivery of key messages, tone and DNA to maximum engagement within this amazing community.

Key elements being:
1. Devising a content plan and creating copy that encompasses website and email copy in line with onsite personalisation and loyalty.
2. Creating and writing sticky content for the website to increase dwell time.
3. Developing engaging copy for loyalty programme emails.
4. Working closely with the Digital team to ensure SEO key words are embedded in the copy and that copy created is informative and engaging.
