Part time Office Assistant with Social Media


 

Hello,

We are on the look out for a Part time (12 hours per week) Office Assistant with social media to join us here at Comic Biz. The role will consist of:

-Picking and Packing comic orders (daily basis)

-Emailing customers and dealing with enquires

-Being involved in content creation for our social media platforms (so some knowledge of the comic industry is required)

and other office based roles like telephone calls, ordering stock and stock checking etc.

The ideal candidate must:

-demonstrate experience with a social media/ marketing background

-understand the business side of social media and marketing

-have experience in growing a platform (personally or business accounts)

-be a team player

-confident and be able to use their own initiative

-have knowledge of the comic industry

The role is office based as you will need to report to the General Manager with ideas and marketing strategies. You will also need to lead marketing meetings with weekly updates and plan weekly social media posts as well as helping the general day to day running of the company.
