Day to day administrative responsibilities for example will include coordinating, entering, processing and general administration of online customer orders :
1. Direct dispatch of orders - picking and packing stock to our mail order/web customers.
2. Requesting transport quotes and booking transport online.
3. Communicating within the warehouse to ensure orders are processed correctly and ready for despatch daily.
4. Processing customer returns and customer queries.
5. Tracking orders and keeping the sales team and if required, the customers informed.
6. Cleaning. Keeping the work place neat, tidy and organised at all times.
7. Working closely with the directors to ensure all customer order/sales related matters are dealt with.
8. Managing and maintaining stock levels, as well as invoicing.
9. Maintaining filing systems – online customers and suppliers.
10. Maintain and update websites (stock listings) and internal databases with stock availability.
11. Receiving of stock deliveries at our location.
12. Full Time Position : Total 37.5 hours per week. MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00AM TO 5:00PM with 1/2 hr lunch break. Swap 3 hrs on Friday with 3 hrs alternate Saturday (10-1). Every alternate Saturday 10am to 1pm will be included in the total 37.5 hrs/week.
