What you will do as a Accounting Clerk
- Responsible for retaining Supplier Invoices by email or printing from Suppliers portal
- Responsible for coding the invoices and credit note and posting the invoices and credit notes in Birch street/Iscala
- Responsible for retaining supplier statement and reconcile against supplier account to AP Iscala
- Contact suppliers for invoices, statements, credit notes or any other information.
- Match payments against invoices and credit notes
- Prepare Month End accrual journals
