Housekeeper
Hourly Rate: £10.42 - £10.62 per hour
Hours per week: Part Time and Bank
Autograph Care is a leading provider of residential and dementia care services in Yorkshire and the East Midlands. Each Autograph home has a reputation for quality in everything they do, with an emphasis on providing person-centred and compassionate care in luxurious but homely environments.
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our residential dementia care home in Walton, Wakefield, providing the very best care for all of our residents.
For this position you will work on a 2-week rolling rota, working one out of the two weekends. Flexibility is required to support the needs of our residents.
The role of Housekeeper will include
- Ensure cleaning products are used effectively and instructions are followed.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Identify and report any signs of abuse.
- Ensure washing is done in line with instructions

Experience/Qualifications:
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- Time management.
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan around resident’s needs.
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge is desirable.
- Customer service level 2 is desirable
